1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Custom-built or personalized products are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@proprintersx.xyz with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Use the original packaging. Include your receipt and RA number.
  4. Ship the Item: Send to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or our mistake.

2. Refunds

Processing Refunds:

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Used or damaged items may be partially refunded or not eligible for refund.

3. Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery.
  • Follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  2. Return the Original Item
  3. Place a New Order on our website

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If You Receive a Defective or Wrong Item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share your order number, issue description, and clear photos if possible.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
